1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and onabet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the onabet website at onabet.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, and other gaming products (collectively, the "Services").

Each User is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) opened by the same User are strictly prohibited. If onabet discovers that you have opened or attempted to open multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any transactions, and confiscate any winnings obtained through the use of duplicate accounts.

3.1 Deposits

This may include submitting a copy of the front and back of a credit or debit card (with certain digits masked for security), bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts showing your name and account details, or other documentation as requested.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Rules

All bets placed on onabet are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once confirmed, except in cases where onabet determines that a technical error or malfunction has affected the outcome or in the event of obvious errors as described below.

You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are placed correctly. onabet is not liable for any losses resulting from User error, including selecting the wrong game, entering an incorrect stake amount, or placing a bet in error.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered by onabet include pre-match and in-play (live) betting on a wide variety of sports. All bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question.

onabet reserves the right to void bets if it suspects that outcomes have been manipulated, if matches are subject to investigation by sporting authorities, or if onabet has reason to believe that betting patterns indicate insider knowledge or other forms of cheating.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on onabet, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or physical equipment (in the case of live dealer games) to ensure fair and random outcomes. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during game play, onabet will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state and allow you to continue or complete your session. If restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded.

5.4 Obvious Errors

onabet reserves the right to void any bet or game result affected by an obvious error. Obvious errors include, but are not limited to, incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes due to software or hardware malfunction, human error by live dealer staff, and incorrect payout calculations. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using onabet for money laundering purposes.

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

onabet reserves the right to suspend or close your account, cancel any bets, and confiscate any funds (including deposits and winnings) if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in bad faith.

If onabet closes your account due to your breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of funds, including any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after all pending wagering requirements and verification processes are completed.

In the event that arbitration is required, the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
